Pros
The work environment at Hayman Woodward is extremely employee friendly, its a space of immense learning and knowledge distribution. I came from a background of Arbitration & Litigation with very limited knowledge of Business Immigration. However, with my over two years of working with HW, I can confidently say that no law school or legal course would have imparted the level of knowledge and practical experience Hayman has provided me with. They believe in an approach where your problems are address, you are HEARD and your opinion can be VOICIED. I have grown leaps and bounds at HW. I have never worked at a law firm, where the CEO is approachable at ONE text message. I have never felt the hesitation to ever contact my fellow attorney's or my supervising attorney for any support or legal questions. You will never be made to feel small to ask a question you do not know the answer to. I cannot thank HW enough and I will continue to cherish this position for a lifetime.
Cons
I wish and hope post the pandemic, I am able to see my collogues in person much more than I am able to. Remote working is awesome, but meeting in person has a different level of emotion attached.
