Coworkers were great, benefits were ok

Cons

Management focuses too much on negative. Work load is very heavy and unsafe. No room for advancement unless you have no experience then you get priority

Pros

Nice collaborative work environment and better than some other HCA facilities in other parts of the state. Pleasant staff in my department. Cerner charting is a plus. Reimbursement for higher education.

Cons

Parking situation isn’t great. Lots of construction projects going on so certain parts of the hospital are blocked off. Elevators are constantly broken or slow.
