Pros

Fellow employees and great people who care about patients. Most of the employees are respectful of each other and in most cases put the patients as a top priority.

Cons

It is overwhelming at times with the limitations on resources. Sometimes the pressure is very high to work faster and management doesn't realize that it could open us up for mistakes that could effect patient care. Much of oue equipment is 10+ years old and it is hard to get it replaced with newer and more modern equipment.
