Pros

Great benefits, doctors are amazing to work beside

Cons

Pay isn't that great. Employees talk to you how ever they want to. Very stressful job, management never seems to be around because their to caught up in their own work to actually see how the floor is run. Patients aren't being taken care of the way their supposed to be because of understaffed.

Pros

Nice collaborative work environment and better than some other HCA facilities in other parts of the state. Pleasant staff in my department. Cerner charting is a plus. Reimbursement for higher education.

Cons

Parking situation isn’t great. Lots of construction projects going on so certain parts of the hospital are blocked off. Elevators are constantly broken or slow.
