Okay company to start a career - PCT Patient Care Tech HCA Florida Northside Hospital Employee Review

I have been employed for over thirty five years. I have had the pleasure of working at three of the hospitals in the system and i wouldn't trade it for anything. What I have experienced all these years is that the staff within this system all seem to have one goal in mind and that is "The patient ALWAYS comes first!

I wish that our employees parking lots were a little bigger and that there were more of them:

Small hospital, nice managers and team members, very supportive feel

Some doctors are rude and do not follow policy after being told multiple times, difficult to get ahold of multiple physicians.
