You will actually get a listing of every software product you used and for how long. no job security favoritism is obvious and allowed crazy quarterly performance reviews with overload of goals that are difficult to complete because of the heavy workload people do not matter its all about money the internal software used is not good, it freezes and crashes the time logging system is horrendous, have to log time daily whether you are hourly or salaried
