Money centered, employee oppressing, toxic culture
Pros
No pros since company is extremely profiteering centered with very little care of the humans doing the work.
Cons
Has very weak handle on the concept of empathy and care of the humans working for them. Provides fraudulent wrong employment information about previous employees in order to enslave them and not let them being employed elsewhere. Instills culture of casts and slavery, very strongly. Simple trick: try to call their main number listed on Google and everywhere. Try to talk to HR or any manager. No sensible person will answer the phone. The ones that will answer the phone will not help you with anything at all. Not actually sure how this company is prepared to receive a call from a potential customer. There isn't a person that will help on the phone with that. It is clear, to be as big as HCL you need to be selling outwards - pushy sales calls. But not having a phone number where someone can call?
