I have been working at HCL Comnet full-time (More than year) - Senior Software Engineer HCL Employee Review

Nothing to learn, No training, No employee value, Poor management, need to fight for every claim approval ,almost every Saturday Sunday working , not able take any comp off or leave bcz resources issue,team member are supportive but cant say something in front of management, management saying in induction that is our policy is employee first client second that is only for formality actually its opposite of that.
