Cons
Very poor relationship with upper management, most team members were fantastic, team leads were good and ops managers were good. But be careful, if they think you do anything questionable they will not support you and will fire you in a heartbeat (if not faster) without a fair chance for you (the employee). A client made false claims against me and HCL did not give me a fair chance, they took the word of the client and fired me without much (if any) thought at all. They do not pay reimbursable claims in a timely manner but their paychecks came on time at least. Their "benefits" were expensive and had a high deductible. The only thing that I can say good about them was that paychecks were on time and the 8-5 schedule was flexible, other than that - STAY AWAY FROM HCL at all costs.
