Nice work colleagues and training on products is good (although because of the low pay, it tends to attract some people who might not be as conscientious as others with regards to paying attention and retaining knowledge). Ample opportunity to learn new skills if you excel (e.g. my team was given extra training so we could do other tasks, which varied the working day). N.B. I worked on an inbound campaign.. the experience of those involved in sales and doing outbound calls was different.
