Serious managerial red flags - FSO ENGINEER I HCL Employee Review

Aggressive and demeaning management style. Leads by threat, negative attention and punishment. Myself and several teammates were made ill by the constant stressors. Only way to resolve was to leave. Abysmal communication skills and practices. Couldn't be worse than these guys. Condescension and passive aggressive methods are commonly employed against their employees. This is a managed services company. Support of their customer is used as a common ploy to distract from their treatment of employees. But they aren't transparent toward either customer or employee. Neither receives good treatment in reality.
