Listed what my salary would be to take the position and then quickly changed me to hourly several weeks later. Only wanted to then pay 1/2 hourly rate for overtime, not time and a half. Leadership unwilling to come into the office and assist team members that were short staffed. Teams that did not need additional assistance receiving extra members that had no work to do. Overall, poorly managed and tried to put senior members in positions that would make them look for other work and quit.
