No raises Weak bonus No chance for advancement You are a resource, not a person They do not care about you The worst company at internal communications I have ever seen Disorganized Difficult to navigate their internal processes and procedures and there is zero help Antiquated ways of doing things I miss the money. That’s all I miss. I would not want to work with this company again. It was not for me.
