Abused flexibility: Management uses "flexibility" to justify erratic hours, weekend work, or late-night tasks. No actual flexibility: It’s called flexible, but in practice, you’re micromanaged or forced to be online during rigid hours. Thrown into roles with no training or support You're expected to “figure it out” on your own High stress, high risk of mistakes, and no learning infrastructure Underpaid, undervalued, and overworked. You're not being invested in, and your role is at risk. The longer you stay, the more career momentum you may lose.
