Pros

-Good salary -25 days off -Referrals -40 RON mean tickets -Hybrid work ( 4 days at home, 1 at the office) - In the event that you want to buy a new pair of glasses they will cover a portion of the costs and they have a partnership with Lensa and some discount codes and all of that. -After 18 months in the company you can apply for a promotion if there is a job lined up. ( if you promote they can fire you any time in the first 90 days because you will be in the probation period again ) -Free coffee at the office and recreational zone. PlayStation and stuff like that. -The HR people are competent and helpful. -The meal tickets and other benefits like health insurance or vouchers and stuff like that are bought through the Benefit Platform. On some holidays everyone will be able to buy a voucher tax free. On woman's day, If you are a woman you will be able to use some of the money on the platform tax free. Example: Instead of having to pay 40% tax for a Kaufland voucher you can buy it tax free. Sometimes do events or movie nights or things like that.

Cons

-Salary hikes are absolutely humiliating and it does not matter how hard or how much you work. You will get the same salary hike as everyone else at the same time when they want to. Usually the salary hike is once a year and it is between 1 and 1.5%. So you should make sure you negotiate a good salary when you join. Last salary hike was the most humiliating thing i have ever seen. Instead of raising our base salary they have raised our meal tickets. That way they get to pay less tax and we still get the "hike" and because of that we have to pay more tax because we get taxed on the meal tickets. -If you want a real salary raise you will have to find another job. They will give you a garbage counter offer. -Make absolutely sure that you get the best salary possible when you join because you will be stuck with that until you move up in the company or you leave. And if you move up the raises are still low. -No learning opportunities. They do not provide access to any learning platforms. Only useless trainings that provide 0 value or some useless certificates that expire after a year. - If you are a man you will not get the same benefit of a tax free voucher on man's day because nobody cares about man. - A lot of times per year they will send emails asking for donations for different causes. In essence that is not a problem but when you think about it they are a multi billionaire corporation asking for donations from their underpaid employees. - A lot of times they send emails and brag about record profits and awards that they received for being a great company. And useless newsletters that nobody cares about. Maybe once a year if we are lucky we get a useful or truly good announcement for the employees.

Pros

It is a job that pays you money

Cons

Where do I even begin.... HCl is a company that will overwork and underpay you and never give you a raise. I was lucky to get a very competitive wage when I started that I felt like I deserved and I fought for that. However even that process they bait and switched 3 times offering higher amounts over the phone and then going back on their word and offering less and less each time until they finally sent me an offer letter. The entire company is inept at communication at any and all levels. You will never get a raise and any time you have any kind of issue or need management/HR to do anything for you results in being ignored. Additionally they will add and add to your roles and responsibilities and ask for the impossible and unreasonable. They get contracts by underbidding other MSP's and then hiring as few people on site as possible and refer the rest of the work to overseas workers that will never do any work and always kick responsibility back to you. If you ever get lucky and they are forced to actually do their job they show that they clearly have no idea what they are doing or talking about. All around a terrible company to work for. If your job role is getting outsourced to HCL, fight for a good salary up front because they will never give you a raise and try to look for another place to work as soon as you can.
