I began my journey with HCLTech 15 years ago as a Software Engineer, fresh out of college. Today, I proudly serve as a Senior Manager. This organization has been my foundation, mentor, and enabler — supporting me every step of the way as I evolved professionally and personally. I was honored with the O6 rating — representing Outstanding Performance for six consecutive cycles. After cycle reset and I’m now progressing through the next phase with an O3 rating. Being part of the Achievers League, which celebrates consistent high performers, has been a truly rewarding experience. Beyond career and performance, what makes HCLTech special is its heart. At one point, I truly felt the urge to give back to society in a meaningful way. That’s when I discovered Power of One, an initiative by the HCL Foundation that enables employees to contribute to society through volunteering, fundraising, and community engagement.
