Worked from home every day. Met some nice coworkers.

Cons

Management did not support analysts and would never go to bat for you when clients were overstepping the SOW of Managed Services. Clients seemed to view us as a way to get cheap rates on consulting work not just managing the tickets. The 401K is a joke, you are not eligible to contribute until 9 months in which given the turnover they save a lot of money.

Compensation could be more competitive with the current IT market, particularly for experienced analysts. Workload can become heavy during major projects or large-scale deployments, making resource balancing challenging.
