Pros
Flexible schedule, weekly pay, PTO.
Cons
Everything. When going through the hiring process, I specifically asked what happens if work gets slow. I was assured that that rarely happens and if it does, they find another assignment to place you on quickly. That’s not the case! It’s been nothing but lies from the very beginning and they don’t care if you have work or not. They pay you by the chart, so if you only have a few hundred charts for the week, that’s how much you get paid. The recruiters will make all kinds of stuff up to make you think they are looking for more work for you when they aren’t. If you don’t have work and want to get paid, you have to use your PTO time, which last I checked, PTO stands for Personal Time Off. Not time you use when you don’t have work that is no fault of your own. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company and find another one!
