Cons
-Very little interaction with management. -Isolated. -No career opportunities. -Lead did not do job. -401K with 3% match. -12 PTO days a year including sick time. -Some coworkers have two jobs at the same time. Milking the system. -Not paid for PTO when leaving the company. It is lost. Some excuse that it is figured no work would be done the last two weeks on the job (contract.) -High Health Insurance costs. BCBS. -Not a stable job. Should be a contractor instead of full time. The money is better as a contractor. The full time job in Managed Services is temporary just like a contractor's position.
