Pros

As it currently stands, none. I literally can’t think of a single pro to being here. I have submitted my resignation letter along with countless others.

Cons

Remote work is ending soon, pay is not competitive, and Hohenwald employees make $12, while Brentwood employees make $18 - but we all do literally the same job, and are currently work-from-home. Additional responsibilities are randomly assigned to you without compensation, training is a joke and if you screw up doing your job that you aren’t properly trained for, you’ll still be written up. Turnover is horrific, mandatory overtime is not mandatory to everyone. There’s a ton of favoritism at this employer actually now that I put it on paper.

Pros

Gained hands-on experience supporting multiple healthcare organizations and diverse IT environments. Strengthened advanced troubleshooting skills across Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, Intune, Citrix, VPN, and networking technologies. Exposure to enterprise healthcare applications and technologies, including Epic and other clinical systems. Opportunity to provide white-glove support to end users while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Cons

Career advancement opportunities could be more clearly defined, with transparent paths for promotion and skill development. Compensation could be more competitive with the current IT market, particularly for experienced analysts. Workload can become heavy during major projects or large-scale deployments, making resource balancing challenging.
