Pros

Paid training Work from home Equipment provided Literally, anyone can do this job - even without computer knowledge The team is very helpful when you don't know how to solve a problem The paid training makes it an okay option to start if you want to get into IT but don't have a computer science or related degree. You'll need a second job, though, to make rent.

Cons

Benefits are terrible. I won't go into detail here, I left a detailed benefits review already. Not enough time off. Schedule is horrible. No flexibility in scheduling. They nit-pick every ticket. Promotions appear to be based on favoritism. Employee recognition is based on favoritism (not an opinion. It is literally based on a platform that mimics social media where you get likes and such)

Pros

Gained hands-on experience supporting multiple healthcare organizations and diverse IT environments. Strengthened advanced troubleshooting skills across Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, Intune, Citrix, VPN, and networking technologies. Exposure to enterprise healthcare applications and technologies, including Epic and other clinical systems. Opportunity to provide white-glove support to end users while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Cons

Career advancement opportunities could be more clearly defined, with transparent paths for promotion and skill development. Compensation could be more competitive with the current IT market, particularly for experienced analysts. Workload can become heavy during major projects or large-scale deployments, making resource balancing challenging.
