Pros
Getting a paycheck is the only pro, and it’s a joke compared to other MSP’s.
Cons
50 to 70 calls a day. Terrible training!! Multiple hospital campaigns continually added to our skills with the minimal amount of training. Agents are asked daily to work overtime. Never enough coverage for campaigns. The company changed all service desk employees schedules with no warning and less than 1 business day before implementation, so there was no regard for how this would affect our personal lives. High employee turnover. Constantly being distracted from our call or after call documentation by work force management and supervisors telling us that we are taking to long and need to hurry up. Lunch and break scheduling is a joke. We are just a warm body to upper management. Unfair pay! Brentwood and Atlanta agents are paid $18 to $25 per hour, while Hohenwald agents are paid $12 - $17 per hour (although almost all are remote anyway). No incentives to do a good job. Some people get to work remote while others have to be in office without any logical explanation. Upper management is a joke and appears to consistently make rash decisions that damage the company’s integrity and the morale of employees. This place is all about who you know and the definition of nepotism.
