Pros

Training classes instructors a good…that is all .

Cons

Leadership changes every other month, pay is horrible I’ve been here almost 4yrs and only received 1$ total in pay increase yet more work/campaigns are added to my que! Supervisors lie all the time and only care bout themselves yet they talk about you to other colleagues. More than half the leadership don’t know the campaigns they assign you to so asking them for help is a waste of time! If you put a question in Teams chat it could be hours before you get a response and by then the patient/client is pissed off! Advice is to use the company as a bridge to better opportunities better companies..Don’t get stuck here behind broken promises of advancement, promotions etc. This company doesn’t appreciate its employees your just a number filling a slot to answer a plethora of calls .

Pros

Gained hands-on experience supporting multiple healthcare organizations and diverse IT environments. Strengthened advanced troubleshooting skills across Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, Intune, Citrix, VPN, and networking technologies. Exposure to enterprise healthcare applications and technologies, including Epic and other clinical systems. Opportunity to provide white-glove support to end users while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Cons

Career advancement opportunities could be more clearly defined, with transparent paths for promotion and skill development. Compensation could be more competitive with the current IT market, particularly for experienced analysts. Workload can become heavy during major projects or large-scale deployments, making resource balancing challenging.
