Our company code of ethics specifically prohibits nepotism, and we take this information very seriously. HD Supply’s Compliance Program is designed to ensure that policies and programs are in place to prevent, detect, and respond to business practices that may either violate Company policies and/or applicable laws, or otherwise compromise our integrity. We do not take any of our business decisions lightly, and we understand our decisions do impact people’s lives. As we shared earlier this year, we made the strategic decision to move our San Diego headquarter office to Atlanta, and, regrettably, when you make these types of transitions, you often lose good people who have made significant contributions to our success.
