Great PTO options, management actually allows you to take time off and encourages work/life balance, not as intense as other sales jobs. Good benefits
Cons
Too little pay for the amount of work, not a pure sales job so you’ll have lots of busy work like entering cases and doing customer service activities that aren’t measured in your KPIs. Annoying that metrics count against you for doing returns or other stuff like that. The compensation plan is obtuse and needlessly complicated and doesn’t make sense from a profit standpoint.
