Large company with decent benefits. Ok base salary
Cons
Bonus is based on a number they create. They don't care about people, only dollars and growth. You can't manage to a number, HR only helps you if they think a lawsuit could happen. Otherwise they don't look into problem. Bonus can be zero even if you have grown the business
