This used to be a really fun place to work. People, and their ideas, were valued and supported, and they were rewarded as such. The company culture was great. Work/life balance was in full effect, and the company motto of treating each other like family was real. Now, not so much. Some upper management changes led to an agency-like culture of tattletales, scapegoating and every man for themselves, and was, in fact, encouraged. Unless you enjoy being a yes man and a minion with no opinion, you'd be better off somewhere else.
