Good benefits except vacation time is below market trend.
Cons
Southeast Senior Leader is a terrible example for the company. It seems his goal is to have a 100% turnover of talented operations employees and the company is not doing anything to address it. There have been comments made to frontline employees about how excited leaders were over the 150% turnover record of their building. These are the leaders that remain after the talented employees have left.
