Pros
Some coworkers were nice and benefits were decent.
Cons
Management was unorganized. As soon as you build a relationship with a management team, they switch them around. The pay was poor and not even a living wage. If you have children in daycare, you won’t even make enough money to cover daycare or even break even. The yearly raises are disrespectfully low. Management expected so much out of you, but didn’t value you and never wanted to pay more money. The point system for attendance is unrealistic and needs to be updated. The turnover rate is super high. Every day several people were quitting. I was there for almost 3 years and other jobs like Walmart/Target are starting out paying more than what I made my way up to in 3 years. Over the last year it became very stressful and was going downhill. A lot of mornings I almost wanted to cry because I had to work under horrible conditions. Customers even expressed how awful the company has become over the years. I got cheated out of my vacation time. The whole system makes no sense. There needs to be some major changes.
