Pros
Good benefits and healthy living programs. Worked with great people and had great experiences working with other teams.
Cons
Company culture and values disintegrated after being purchase by venture capital companies as they restructured the company and laid off a lot of people. Company went public a year sooner than projected after VC purchase and shortly after a huge layoff was conducted. Almost everyone I worked with is no longer there, either by their own choosing or was let go.
