Pros

I absolutely loved my job and all the people I had the privilege to work with over the years. A lot of the employees support the products we made 1000%, myself included. The hours were great and for the most part the people were very welcoming.

Cons

Employees feel a lack of appreciation and they aren't compensated accordingly considering the complexity of products they build.
