As another reviewer noted, employees that have been with the company 5 or more years are very clickish to the point of excluding newer workers ... they are rude and hard to be around. Management agrees there is a problem and yet they permit the unprofessional and rude behavior to continue unchecked. Management does not communicate with employees. There is a very high rate of turn over especially with senior level management. No stability, no job security.
