9/80 work schedule allows for frequent 3 day weekends.
Cons
HDT is a government contractor. When there is no government programs to work they have no work. HDT has been continuing to purchase companies and add overhead and is no longer able to compete on price for contracts. Management has turned towards micromanaging to maintain vanishing profits. Every year is a bad year so don't expect a good raise regardless of your effort. Salary and vacation time is non-negotiable. Expect to work 3 years to get just 3 weeks of vacation.
