Pros

You can sit all day and do nothing and wont get in trouble.

Cons

Horrible company to work for! Only gives 20 to 30 cent pay raise a year. Supervisors pick favorites. Employees harass and bully other employees and nothing gets done about it. They make the rules up as they go.
