Pros
I loved working there, my job was interesting and ever changing, i was a sewer. I loved the people, the hours and the pay. And I really loved being able to listen to my music while I worked.
Cons
Communication wasnt good. The management couldnt help you understand what the next thing you had to sew should look like, they relied on other employees to show you. The point system was strict for me as a temp. I was 1 minute late 3 times and was fired. Really... what could someone do in 3 minutes anyways. It shouldnt be an immediate fire. I was already training new employees. I felt belittled.
