Very unorganized company. They try to hide it. Always need parts or tools from other departments , management wont fix it . And on top of delay after delay they put it on the employees to finish by the decided set deadline or they oay thr price with threat of working over the weekends without much warning. The new management that is jow there is unrealistic and not at all in touch with reality about how things work at the company. The management is out of touch with the crew members and just basically expect things to get done. Comments like “ make it happen” get used a lot. Hard to wake up and go to work with the unprofessionalism and ridiculous expectations they have on the workers. For what they offer to start. Would not recommend. Your better off at a McJob. They fire employees that have appointments outside of after hours if crews have to work later then expected and you leave to your scheduled appointment. Alot of the managers are racist and talk amoung themselves. They wont come out and say racial slurs out loud but comments get over heard to employees they think ate bot gonna tell.
