Pros
Products manufactured are interesting and somewhat complex, Compensation was fair but get what you can at the off-set, Benefits were OK (pretty much standard), 401K match but they reduced it,
Cons
Lack of Team in Salary Ranks, Favoritism and Micro-management are rampant, Plans/processes are sketchy and not well implemented, knowledge is guarded, and not freely shared, and there's a sense of miss-trust within the culture which is hard to overcome and leads to finger-pointing - 'bully' management is known to happen and is permitted, and default-leadership is the norm, which allows undermining of initiatives and peoples efforts. Multiple changes in Senior Managment obviously contribute to these issues, but they are long-lived and are not new. Ownership involves investment banking types. This has been a driver in the revolving door of Management.
