Pros
I work from Home Office, HG Data is completely different from any other company I've worked for. They trust you, they give you the space and time you need. With that mindset I feel stimulated to work better, happier and more confident about my work and less intimidated about the challenges I face everyday. People there are awesome too, everyone is very available and helpful. Overall great, quickly expanding company.
Cons
Being away from the company I can't think of any physical cons. The only thing that affects me sometimes is that we as a whole need to mature up our communication skills. But that's something that has greatly improved in the last months and tend to get even better soon.
