Pros

Technologies at play are interesting, working remotely was a good experience

Cons

The new c-level execs view people as cost-centers and have created an environment where overwork under threat of outsourcing is acceptable. Burnout is common and layoffs come on a regular cadence. Company direction is also fickle, bottom-up feedback is assumed to be unreliable unless strongly substantiated and argued for (it's exhausting).
