Any one can join this company at any time, those have good communication skills and behavior. You only need 12+ education level, no graduation no post graduation requirement.
Cons
In this company have a lot of restriction and condition that effect on employs mindset about company. There is no care of employs, if you are facing any issue you have to come office to do your job, it dose not matter what people think. I also observe that a lot of employs not happy with there salary.
