      Works well with your family needs pays every week work is regular never know what the next day will bring meet good people

      Cons

      Don't offer benifets, has unqualified employees and people who slack up and get away with it with out punishing those people properly and if you are doing things properly will say thinks about your work when there not even there to see how it got done
