Pros

Good co-workers, ok job itself.

Cons

You start not much above minimum wage. The pay is not 'decent' compared to other CSR jobs you can find. This place takes people in, trains them, and then as soon as they hit a certain mark of hours they've missed, they're gone. No doctor's note. No lenience, your schedule can't be adjusted after it's set in stone, even if it's a major life event/emergency that requires it. . Avoid this place like the plague.
