      Pros

      This is a good, dynamic place to work. Great people make it easy to go in each day. The company is visibly trying to do the right things, even if they do get it wrong on occasion. Charity is important, and it is a real event each month. CSR is beginning to show signs of making a huge difference here too

      Cons

      In my role (shared services) there are no bonuses, while everyone around is eligible for them. Employee morale is fairly low, although engagement for charity events brings out the best in people. Employee benefits are at a minimum, a little more would go a long way
