Pros

I have to put five words for pros but right now I have none.

Cons

They Failed to Pay over 20 of us our promised $13.00 an hour and instead paid us $11.50, two pay periods have gone by without them fixing it They promise a schedule 3 weeks in advance but don't provide it They doc your pay minute by minute even in training if you need time after a call to finish notes on an account when you're learning. They don't guarantee any days off no matter how long in advance they have notice. They rarely seem to schedule two days off in a row even if it's during the week, instead you'll get two random days not together. you sign preference sheets but they do nothing for you. you can sign that you don't want to work holidays but they will still schedule you.

Easy Good Hours Good work/life balance

Cons

Low pay for the chat agent, but pay increases in time Can be laid off easily
