Pros

- Nice lounge - Nice smaller lounge - Short walk from nearby tube station - It was pleasant to have the cold air from the air con machine during the heat wave... when they chose to switch it on.

Cons

- Morale broke down quickly by incompetent management - Many resignations due to poor working conditions - Concerned only by keeping its 'campaign' customer happy at the expense of workers - Terrible hours for terrible pay - Can often feel like a Prison - Obsessed with "Adherence"

Easy Good Hours Good work/life balance

Cons

Low pay for the chat agent, but pay increases in time Can be laid off easily
