Got to Have an Professional Woking platform which Really helped me to explore on the better environment and provided the platform to have an interaction with the customers to help them according to the decided parameters decided by the company norms.

Cons

The environment and the roles and responsibilities are upto the limited range which bounded me to expand either in the professional life or the Intra personal skills developments.
