Pros

My role was to deal with all enquiries from customers.

Cons

some customers was very rude but as customer service role , with most of skills and experiences I was polite , quiet , understood their needs.

Easy Good Hours Good work/life balance

Cons

Low pay for the chat agent, but pay increases in time Can be laid off easily
