Pros

Subway, Tesco and Gregg's just outside plus a decent cantine in the building. Great colleagues, good shift length. Option for overtime upto 2x rate. Decent holidays. Interesting job, sometimes quite funny and enjoyable.

Cons

365 days a year (yes that includes Christmas). Wage is a bit low for tech support for tenured staff. Too many managers don't know what they are doing bit don't get me wrong there are great mangers too. High staff turnover

Low pay for the chat agent, but pay increases in time Can be laid off easily
