Everyone is friendly and supportive; training is good. Employee lunches and appreciation days.

Cons

The job becomes tedious and dull over time, and customers can be very rude and difficult.

Helping people is very rewarding but has its challenges too, especially when you are trying to offer the best personal experience to customers who may be frustrated as the result of a problem they are encountering.
