To learn the task accomplishments, to learn the new things, to learn how to face the problems occured at work, to learn whom to trust and whom to not.
Cons
At hgs the management is unable to utilise the manpower at right place according to employee's abilities and talent skills. Because of which the employee who have abilities and skills will become unworthy and the guys who doesn't have talent will get promoted for the higher positions and hence they mess up the work being in higher positions and that messed up work will be corrected by the worthy employees.
